Furniture Reupholstery in Hilton Head Island, SC
The island's bench.

6 kinds of Hilton Head work.
If the frame is good, almost anything that sits in an island room can come through the Arrow Rd bench.
01Island homes and villas
Salt air and strong sun are hard on a sofa. Frames rebuilt and covered in fabrics that hold their colour through island summers, chosen at the Arrow Rd wall.
02Rental villas and 2nd homes
Seating that survives turnover. Cleanable, high-rub fabrics, rebuilt on a schedule that fits between guests, and finished while you are off-island if that is easier.
03Leather furniture
Full leather reupholstery, panel replacement and repair. Hides matched for grain and colour at the bench, seams sewn the way the original maker intended.
04Antiques and heirlooms
Pieces worth keeping in the family, rebuilt without erasing what makes them original. Horsehair, hand-tied springs and period detail kept where they belong.
05Custom slipcovers
Fitted slipcovers cut to your piece at the workroom, not to an approximate size. A summer change for the villa, or a 2nd life without a full rebuild.
06Dining sets and window seats
Slip seats, benches and window seat cushions turned around in batches, so the whole set reads consistent when it goes back in the room.
106 Arrow Rd #25A
The only Palmetto showroom.
Hilton Head is the walk-in workroom, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. Stand at the fabric wall, feel the chenille, wool, linen, silk, mohair and velvet before you commit, and buy it by the yard or the bolt whether we do the work or you do. Custom foam inserts are cut here in a day. Charleston and Myrtle Beach run by appointment; this is the door you can just walk through.
On Arrow RdEvery piece is stripped, photographed and rebuilt on site.
How an island job runs
How reupholstery works on Hilton Head.
From the front door or your inbox, most residential pieces run 1 to 2 weeks once fabric lands.
Walk in, or send photos
Bring the piece or a few photos to Arrow Rd, Monday to Friday, or email them. An honest read comes back on whether the frame deserves the work.
Fabric at the wall
Pick from the showroom wall or bring COM from any book. Yardage worked out on the spot, estimate and timeline agreed before anything is stripped.
We collect, island-wide
Our own van, from Sea Pines to Palmetto Bluff. Gate access handled, the piece wrapped both ways. Or drop it at the workroom yourself.
Rebuilt on site
Stripped to the frame and rebuilt at Arrow Rd, nothing sent out. Most pieces are back in the room 1 to 2 weeks after the fabric lands.
The island workroom
Where the island's bench is.
On Arrow Rd, mid-island, 10 minutes from Sea Pines and 20 from Bluffton. Bring the piece in, or we collect.

Island questions
Asked at the front counter.
If yours is not here, walk in Monday to Friday or put it in the estimate form.
Can I just walk into the Hilton Head workroom?
Yes. 106 Arrow Rd #25A, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, no appointment. It is the only Palmetto location with a walk-in showroom, so bring the piece or just come stand at the fabric wall.
Do you pick up from Bluffton and Palmetto Bluff?
Yes, our own van covers the island, Bluffton, Palmetto Bluff, Okatie, Sun City and down through Beaufort. The piece travels wrapped both ways.
Can you get into gated communities?
Yes. We work behind the gates across the island every week. Leave a pass at the gate or give the community office our name and the van handles the rest.
What fabric survives island humidity and sun?
Solution-dyed and high-rub weaves hold colour and shrug off damp far better than bargain fabric. Come to the wall and we will show you the difference side by side before you spend anything.
How long does reupholstery take on Hilton Head?
Most residential pieces are back 1 to 2 weeks after the fabric lands, longer in busy season, and we say so before you commit. Rental villas can be scheduled between bookings.
