01Salon and Cabin Seating
Interior sofas, settees and lounge pieces for yacht salons and cabins below deck. Open-cell foam holds shape in shaded interiors where a piece stays dry, treated for humidity and mildew before the fabric goes on.
02Cockpit and Deck Cushions
Exterior seating that lives in the splash zone. Reticulated foam lets water pass straight through instead of holding it, under vinyl rated for salt and direct sun.
03Berth and Bunk Mattresses
Cut to the hull rather than to a rectangle. V-berths, bunks and staterooms, so nothing has to be wedged into an angled corner.
04Banquettes and Dinettes
Galley and dinette seating templated to the geometry that is actually there. Curved, L-shaped and wraparound runs built to the boat, not to a standard size.
05Helm and Bolster Seating
Helm chairs, bolsters and leaning posts. These are the most sun-exposed seats on the vessel, so they get the most UV-stable material we carry.
06Marine Reupholstery
Refit the seating you have instead of replacing it. New vinyl, new foam, frames put right, and the original stitch patterns matched.
Materials
Marine vinyl built for sun and salt.
Residential fabric fails fast on a boat. Marine work needs vinyl that holds colour under direct sun, thread that does not rot, and foam that lets water through instead of holding it. We spec the material to the vessel and where it is kept, not to a catalogue default.

Nothing gets hauled to a shop. The boat stays where it is and we work around it.
Dockside survey
We come to the boat, look at how it is used and where it is kept, and take the measurements off the vessel itself.
Template and spec
Patterns are taken in place and the material is chosen against sun exposure, water and wear. You approve both before anything is cut.
Build at the bench
The work is done in our own workroom. Foam is cut to the seat, panels are sewn, and nothing is sent out.
Fit on board
We bring it back and fit it on the boat, so the last adjustment happens where the piece will actually live.

Do you come to the boat?
Yes. Estimates, templating and the final fit all happen where the boat is kept. Nothing needs to be trailered to a shop. We are insured to work at Safe Harbor and Thunderbolt marinas, and at private docks across the coast.

What material do you use on a boat?
Marine-grade vinyl and UV-stable thread, over closed-cell foam that lets water pass through rather than holding it. Residential fabric and standard foam fail quickly in sun and salt.
Can you repair rather than replace?
Often, yes. Split seams, single worn panels and sun damage can be repaired where the rest of the seat is still sound. Send photos and we will tell you honestly which 1 it needs.
Which marinas do you cover?
Coastal South Carolina and Georgia, from Hilton Head and Beaufort through Charleston and Georgetown up to Myrtle Beach, and south to Savannah.
