Full view plus a close-up of any damage, worn seams, or the existing fabric.

Seat width, back height, and depth. A tape measure reading is plenty.

Bring your own, choose from our books, or tell us the room and we will suggest.

When you need it back
Standard turnaround is about a week. Tell us if you are working to a date.

Is an estimate free?
Yes. Text photos of the piece to 843 785 4002 or email them to team@palmettoupholstery.com, and an estimate comes back without a visit or a fee.
Do I have to bring the piece in?
Not always. Hilton Head is open Monday to Friday and Myrtle Beach on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, so you can walk either 1 in. Charleston works by appointment. If the piece cannot travel, say so when you send photos and we will sort out collection.
Can I use my own fabric?
Yes, and a good deal of our work is customer's own material. Send the yardage to whichever workroom is handling the job. If you would rather choose from our books, tell us the room and how the piece gets used and we will put options in front of you.
How long does it take?
About a week for most residential pieces once the fabric is in hand. Larger commercial and marine jobs are scheduled in stages so the property or the boat stays in service throughout.
Do you work with interior designers?
Yes. Designers have their own process with us, including COM handling and delivery timed to the install date. The trade page covers how it works.
