Material for a restaurant

Fabric for restaurant booth reupholstery.

A restaurant seat sees wine, oil, sauce and cleaning chemicals every service. Contract vinyl, Crypton-treated fabric and bleach-cleanable finishes are chosen against what the room actually deals with, not against a residential catalogue default.

How a restaurant job runs

How a booth reupholstery job runs.

The room stays in service. We work between covers, overnight, or on your closed day.

Step 01

Walkthrough

We come to the restaurant, count seats and booths, log wear and damage, and pick material against the way the room actually gets used.

Step 02

Approval

Cost, timeline and material samples signed off before any work starts. Install slot proposed around service: closed day, overnight, or shift-by-shift.

Step 03

Build off site

Booths, banquettes and stools cycle through our workroom in batches. The room stays open through the whole job.

Step 04

Install

Reinstalled between covers or overnight so the seats are back in service before the next opening. Nothing goes down that will not be ready.

Before you write

Booth questions we get most.

If yours is not here, put it in the message box and we will answer it in the estimate.

Can you install without closing the restaurant?

Yes. Booths, banquettes and stools cycle through the workroom in batches and reinstall between services, overnight, or on your closed day. The room stays in service.

What material is best for a booth?

For high-turnover rooms, contract vinyl is the workhorse: it wipes clean, resists grease and does not absorb liquid. For a warmer look, Crypton-treated fabrics carry the same cleanability with a woven texture. We match material to how the room actually gets used, not to what the sample book photographs best.

Can you repair a single booth rather than the whole room?

Often, yes. Single seat replacement, worn back rebuild, or a torn banquette panel can be handled without touching seats that still look right. Send photos and we will tell you honestly which 1 it needs.

How long does a full dining room take?

Depends on seat count and material lead time. A 20-seat room is usually turned around in about 2 weeks once the material lands; a 100-seat room is scheduled in phases against your closed days. Estimate comes back with a working calendar attached.

Do you handle bar stools and chairs, or only booths?

Both. Slip seats, fully upholstered chairs, swivel and fixed bar stools are all part of the same workroom. The room reads consistent when the whole seat count is done together, so we usually price it that way too.

Talk to the workroom.

Send the seat count, a few photos of the current state, and your closed day. An estimate with a working install schedule comes back the same week.
