Fabric arrives from your mill or your designer's book, and we build the piece to it. Cleanability and durability are chosen against what the room actually sees, not against a residential catalogue default.
Every property gets a sample panel signed off before we cut.

Site survey
We come to the property, count seats, log conditions, and receive the brand book, designer spec or facilities standard that governs the work.
Approval
Cost, timeline and material samples signed off before any work begins. Install schedule proposed by wing, floor, service area or shift.
Build off site
Pieces cycle through our workroom in phases. The property stays open through the whole job, and the calendar keeps moving.
Install
Overnight, between shifts or between-turn installs so seats return to service the same day. Nothing goes back until it is signed off.

Can you work in an active property?
Yes. Pieces cycle through our workroom in phases and reinstall overnight, between shifts, or between room turns. The property never has to close for a refresh.
What sectors do you work in?
Hospitality, restaurants and F&B, corporate offices, healthcare and senior living, country clubs and event venues, and retail public spaces. If the seat is in a room the public uses, we build to that standard.
Do you handle COM from a designer or facilities book?
Yes. Fabric arrives from the mill or from your book, and we build to it. Brand standards, procurement specs and facility protocols are followed the way the spec sheet reads.
Who is responsible for the fabric specification?
On most commercial jobs the fabric is COM, supplied by the property or its designer, so the specification sits with whoever chose it. We build to whatever arrives and we will flag anything that looks wrong for the application before we cut, but the compliance call belongs to the owner or designer.
Do you work with facilities managers, procurement, or designers?
All 3. Some jobs come from a facilities manager or procurement team, some through a design firm on the project. Approval flows to whoever holds the spec.
