Measured and hung
We come to the window.
Drapery that fits is measured at the window, not ordered to a rough size. We measure at the house across the island and Bluffton, make the panels and shades at the Arrow Rd workroom, and come back to hang them, hardware and all. Gate access to island communities is sorted ahead, so the only thing you do is pick the fabric.

Window questions
Asked at the window.
If yours is not here, call the workroom or put it in the estimate form.
Do you measure and install, or just make the drapery?
We do all of it. We measure at the house, make the panels and shades at the workroom, and come back to hang them with the hardware. You are not left to fit them yourself.
Can you help with west-facing water-view glare?
Yes. Solar and roller shades cut the glare on marsh and water views without blocking the sight line, and we line drapery panels for the island's strong afternoon light.
Do you supply the hardware and tracks?
Yes. Rods, tracks, brackets and motorised systems are supplied and fitted, including for tall or hard-to-reach island windows.
Can I choose fabric in person?
Yes. The Arrow Rd showroom has the fabric wall, Monday to Friday, so you can see and feel drapery fabrics and linings before you commit.
How long does custom drapery take?
Made to measure runs about 2 to 4 weeks depending on the fabric and the number of windows, and we give a working date with the estimate.
