Pick the cover fabric at the wall by the yard or the bolt, and we wrap the foam in Dacron or a down blend for the sit you want.

We recover in fabric from the wall, or re-use your existing cover where it is still good, sewn to the new insert at Arrow Rd.

Collect at the workroom or we deliver across the island. Simple foam swaps are same day; full recovers run a few days.

Can you really cut foam the same day?
Yes. Bring the cushion or its measurements to Arrow Rd, Monday to Friday, and most foam inserts are cut, wrapped and ready the same day.
Can you reuse my existing covers?
Often, yes. If the cover is still in good shape we fit it over the new insert. If it is worn, pick a fresh fabric at the wall and we recover.
Do you do patio and boat cushions?
Yes. Quick-dry foam and sun-fast fabric for patios, and marine foam and vinyl for boat cushions, both built for island sun, salt and damp.
How do I get the right firmness?
We cut the insert in the density the seat needs and wrap it in Dacron or a down blend, so you get anything from a firm tailored seat to a soft loungey one.
Do you pick up and deliver?
Yes, across the island, Bluffton and down through Beaufort. Simple foam swaps you can also just walk in and collect.
