No closure
The site stays open.
An office or clinic cannot shut for a re-cover, and a clubhouse cannot go dark in season. We work in batches and after hours, take a few pieces at a time, and sequence the job so the site stays in use throughout. Gate access to island communities is handled ahead, and everything is sewn at the Arrow Rd workroom and fitted on site.

How a commercial job runs
How commercial upholstery works on Hilton Head.
Walked, batched and installed after hours, so the site never has to close to get it done.
Walk the site
We walk the offices, lounges or common areas with you, count the pieces and agree the fabric and the wear rating. A costed schedule comes back.
Sequenced schedule
Work is batched so the site stays in use, with public areas booked for after hours and gate access to the community sorted ahead.
Sewn at Arrow Rd
Pieces are collected in batches, rebuilt in the Hilton Head workroom in contract-grade fabric, and checked before they return.
Installed on site

Facility questions
Asked by facilities.
If yours is not here, call the workroom or put it in the estimate form.
Do we have to close the office or clinic?
No. We take a few pieces at a time and work after hours where needed, so the site stays in use. The schedule is sequenced around your hours before we start.
Can you get into a gated community or club?
Yes. We work behind the gates across the island every week. Gate access and any club or HOA approvals are sorted ahead of the install.
Is your fabric rated for healthcare and senior living?
Yes. Cleanable, antimicrobial and high-rub contract fabrics rated for care settings, chosen for the wear and the compliance the room needs.
Can you handle a whole clubhouse or amenity building?
Yes. Lounges, card rooms, dining and common areas are done in batches so the amenity stays open, staged across the schedule we agree.
How long does a commercial job take?
It is batched, so the site never stops. Each batch runs 1 to 2 weeks, and we sequence the whole job around your operating hours and season.
